Replaceable plates accept approved flat artwork and copy; sculpted marks, licensed assets and campaign photography require a separate artwork review.
Demonstration equipment, certified power supplies, software, live network services and trade-show approvals are excluded unless itemized.
Use the display only on the approved level, stable indoor surface and never exceed the product load stated in the dimensional proof.
All powered demonstrations require manufacturer-approved low-voltage hardware, ventilation, strain relief and venue-approved cable management.
