Transit damage
Inspect packages promptly and retain outer packaging, labels and internal protection. Report visible damage within seven days with unboxing, package and affected-part evidence so the carrier and remedy can be assessed.
Repair and replacement
A replaceable plate, cradle, foot or fastener may be repaired or remade without replacing the chassis. The available remedy follows cause, approved tolerance, warranty terms and safe return logistics.
