Process · Six gates

Rollout begins after the counter earns it.

Scope, product fit, campaign artwork, dimensional proof, physical pilot and version control each receive a written checkpoint. Payments remain gated until commercial activation.

The working sequence

Separate the long-life chassis from every changing surface.

Lead time begins after critical dimensions, product loads, quantity, artwork status and proof are agreed—not from the first enquiry.

Qualify the selling task

Record what shoppers should notice, compare, sample or scan, plus footprint, quantity, budget, locations and delivery window.

Measure products and placement

Capture real product dimensions and filled weights, customer reach, staff access, cleaning, power, substrate and anchoring constraints.

Scope chassis and replaceable layers

Define which structure carries load and which cradles, plates, graphics or service surfaces should remain replaceable.

Approve the dimensional proof

One approver checks geometry, product schedule, artwork, copy, plate map, load assumptions, finishes and packing direction.

Run a physical pilot

Test stability, reach, resets, cleaning, lighting, transport and staff setup. Two focused proof revisions are included before scope changes.

Version and produce the rollout

Freeze location groups, revision IDs, spares, QC points, packing plans and replacement rules before batch production.
