The pre-launch forms are designed for business contact, product-fit and order-intent information. Production deployment requires the final legal identity, privacy contact and approved policy text.
Protection and retention
Production intake is designed to require Turnstile verification, server-side validation, rate limits and opaque identifiers. Reference uploads expire after 30 days; inactive lead and order-intent records expire after 12 months.
Use and access
Information is intended only to assess, quote, proof, fulfill and support the requested scope. It is not a public gallery, and reference files must not be used for unrelated promotion without separate permission.
