Start with the selling task
Record what the display must help a shopper notice, compare, sample or scan. That outcome defines sightline, reach, product spacing and how much campaign surface is genuinely useful.
Measure the real counter
Capture usable width, depth, edge clearance, staff access, cleaning zones, cable routes and the heaviest product. A drawing without its operating context cannot prove stability or usability.
Observe before rollout
Use the pilot long enough to see resets, cleaning, plate swaps and customer handling. Freeze geometry only after the observed issues and the written dimensional proof are resolved.
