Preparing brand artwork for replaceable display plates

Clean source artwork, restrained copy and a named approver make campaign surfaces faster to proof and easier to replace later.

Supply production sources

Provide original vector marks, color references, image licenses and exact final copy. Screen grabs and presentation exports often hide resolution, crop and ownership problems until production.

Design for viewing distance

Prioritize one message per plate and check it at the expected customer distance. Small disclaimers, dense menus and weak contrast should be corrected before a physical proof is approved.

Name the version

Tie each approved plate to a campaign, location group and revision ID. A simple version record prevents old prices or messages from returning during a later reprint.
