Assign each material a role
Use stone composite for weight, metal for precise edges, acrylic for lightness and transparency, and replaceable polymer where the product or campaign is likely to change.
Test the cleaning routine
List daily cleaners and contact times before approving finishes. Acrylic, coatings, printed surfaces and adhesive graphics can haze, swell or lift under incompatible chemicals.
Keep service parts accessible
Store spare feet, plates, fasteners and product inserts by version. A damaged contact part should be replaceable without discarding the weighted chassis or improvising an unsafe repair.
