Materials · Quality

Weight where it anchors. Precision where it changes.

Stone composite establishes the counter plane, metal resolves edges and connectors, acrylic manages transparency, and replaceable printed modules carry product-specific geometry.

Material roles

Every material gets one clear job.

Exact grades, colors and sources are confirmed in the final quote because product chemistry, cleaning, load, quantity, light and destination can change the correct specification.

01

Weighted plane

Stone composite and concealed ballast resist everyday handling. Tip resistance and counter condition still require physical validation with the actual product load.

02

Indexed interface

Metal pins, inserts and shaped stops align changeable plates. Retention force, wear and service access are checked in the prototype, not inferred from a render.

03

Replaceable contact

Printed cradles and soft liners meet the product. High-wear or changed-fit modules can be replaced without discarding the weighted chassis.

Replaceable identity

The plate has a defined address.

Mechanical indexing and concealed retention aim to make changes repeatable. Final tolerances, magnets and fasteners require a physical wear check.

Protected logistics

Every module earns a cavity and a version.

Fitted packaging separates finished surfaces and makes a location kit easier to count. Final case, cushioning and route follow drop and carrier requirements.
